Dr. Sieren leads research in quantitative imaging science, developing and validating imaging biomarkers that improve the detection and monitoring of cancer and pulmonary disease. Her work integrates advanced CT technologies, including photon-counting CT, computational image analysis, imaging-pathology correlation, and multicenter clinical trial imaging to accelerate the translation of precision imaging into research and patient care.
